To respond to your enquiry, prepare a scope or quote, and provide services if you become a client. If you ask us a question, we use your details to answer it. That is the whole purpose.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent, trade, or share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list because you filled in a form.

We use a small number of vendors to run the business, email, hosting, and the tools we use to manage client environments. They process information only on our instruction and only to deliver their service to us.

Where we manage systems on your behalf, any data we access in the course of that work remains yours. Access is limited to the engineers who need it, logged, and governed by the agreement between us. We do not use client data for any purpose other than delivering the contracted service.

Enquiry records are kept while there is a reasonable prospect of working together and for a period afterwards for our own records. Client records are retained for the duration of the engagement and as long as required for legal, tax, and contractual purposes.
